10 Days Moroccan Tour from Tangier to Marrakech

When you arrive in Tangier, we will pick you up from the airport or port. You will start your trip by exploring Tangier. This city is next to the sea and has a mix of Moroccan and European styles. You will visit the old town (medina), the port area, and the Kasbah. You can also walk by the beach and relax. You will sleep in a nice riad or hotel.

After breakfast, we will drive to Chefchaouen. On the way, we stop in Tetouan, a city with Spanish buildings and clean streets. Later, we continue to Chefchaouen, a quiet and beautiful town in the mountains. All the houses are painted blue and white. You can walk in the small streets, take nice pictures, and buy handmade crafts. You will sleep in a riad inside the blue city.

Today, after breakfast, we leave Chefchaouen and go to visit Volubilis. It is an old Roman city with stones and ruins. You will walk and learn about the history. Then we go to Meknes, a small city with walls, gates, and an old market. After that, we drive to Fes, one of the oldest cities in Morocco. You will sleep in a riad in the medina.

After breakfast, a local guide will show you around Fes. You will visit the old medina, small shops, tanneries (where leather is made), and old mosques. You will see narrow streets full of life, colors, and smells. Fes is very old, and walking in its medina is like going back in time. After the tour, you can relax or explore more by yourself. You sleep again in Fes.

Today, we leave Fes and drive to the desert. On the way, we pass through Ifrane, a clean and quiet town that looks like a European village. Then we drive to the Middle Atlas Mountains and stop in Midelt for lunch. After that, we continue through the Ziz Valley, which is full of palm trees and small villages. In the evening, we reach Merzouga, near the desert. You will ride a camel into the sand dunes and enjoy the sunset. You will sleep in a desert camp under the stars. It is a special night with dinner and Berber music.

You wake up early to see the sunrise in the desert. After breakfast, you ride the camel back and leave the desert. On the way, we stop in Rissani to visit the local market. Then we go to Todra Gorges, where tall rock walls stand next to a river. You can walk and take pictures. Later, we go to Dades Valley, where you will sleep in a guesthouse with dinner included.

After breakfast, we drive through beautiful places like Rose Valley, where people grow roses and make rose products. Then we go to Skoura, a town with many palm trees and old buildings. In the afternoon, we arrive in Ouarzazate, a city known for making movies. You can visit the old kasbah and maybe the movie studio. You sleep in a hotel here.

After breakfast, we go to Ait Ben Haddou. It is a very old village made of clay, and many famous films were made there. You can walk through the village and take photos. Later, we cross the High Atlas Mountains through the Tizi n’Tichka road. The views are amazing. In the afternoon, we arrive in Marrakech. You will sleep in a nice riad or hotel near the old town.

Today, you will explore Marrakech with a local guide. You will visit the Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, and walk in the busy market (souks). You will also go to Jemaa el-Fna square, where you will see snake charmers, musicians, and food stalls. The streets are full of color and life. After the tour, you can relax or do some shopping. You sleep again in Marrakech.
