Complete Description:
Whatever your interests or ability level, we have the ideal lesson for you. Additionally, there is always something delightful to discover about the traditional Berber food that originates from nomadic Berber homes. Our kitchen is not a school with clipboards and hours of information drilling, and we are not Michelin-starred chefs. Our nomadic cooking lesson is traditional, easy, and enjoyable, and it focuses on taking advantage of a brand-new opportunity with a nomadic family that values food. We will share advice and recipes from our grandmother’s little kitchen with you so you can learn how to make a Moroccan Berber supper.
Along with the customary Round Bread, you may pick from a range of delicacies including Tagine, Couscous, Moroccan Salad, and Berber Pizza with Mint Tea. You may decide where you will take this extraordinary cooking lesson as well, whether it be inside your Merzouga house, in the tent of a nomad family, or outside in a little oasis in the midst of the desert.
We will meet at your hotel at 10:00 AM for the commencement of the culinary lesson. Then, we’ll go ingredient shopping in the meat, spice, and vegetable markets, which is a fun pastime and a necessary element of any Moroccan cooking experience. When we get back from the market, you’ll meet with our chef, who will show you how to make your favorite cuisine as the guide translates their instructions. You will sample the wonderful dinner you made on your own at the conclusion, and we promise it will taste fantastic and keep you from going hungry.
