3 Days from Fes to Marrakech

Depart Fes in the morning, traveling through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, known as the "Switzerland of Morocco," and Azrou, where you can see Barbary macaques in the cedar forests. Continue through the Ziz Valley, famous for its palm groves, before arriving in Merzouga. In the afternoon, embark on a camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes, witnessing a stunning desert sunset. Spend the night in a desert camp, enjoying traditional Berber music under the stars.

Wake up early to watch the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, visit Rissani, a town known for its traditional market. Continue to the Todra Gorges, where you can walk between towering canyon walls. In the afternoon, travel to the Dades Valley, characterized by its unique rock formations and lush landscapes. Overnight in a local guesthouse.

After breakfast, drive through the Valley of Roses to Ouarzazate, often referred to as the "Hollywood of Africa." Visit the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a fortified village with a rich history. In the afternoon, cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, arriving in Marrakech in the evening.
